I.T. requirements vary from company to company, from industry to industry. Because of this we do not set any strict boundaries for the different support levels we offer.

Designed for companies of between 25 & 50 people, or larger companies with a relatively simple network. This service provides:
  • Twice monthly Rotation Days
  • Unlimited telephone support during normal office hours
  • Unlimited remote support during normal office hours
  • Four hour response time

Designed for companies of 10 people or less. This level of support provides:

  • A rotation day every six weeks
  • Unlimited telephone support during normal office hours
  • Unlimited remote support during normal office hours
  • Eight hour response time

  • Rotation day every two months
  • Unlimited telephone support during normal office hours
  • Unlimited remote support during normal office hours
  • Eight hour response time

If you wish for more frequent visits than mentioned in these recommendations, we are happy to discuss individual circumstances. We will review the support level our clients are using and if we find that it is not suitable, we will recommend an adjustment, whether that is to a higher, or lower, frequency of rotation day.
