The decision to go with our services department was an easy one for the board based on cost and quality of response. The existing in-house IT team did not have the skill range required to implement a company wide office move and upgrade on the scale required. Not only was the wages bill too high but the client was left with no-one who could project manage to such a high level.
A team comprising of technical engineers and admin staff are assigned to the client to fully understand and manage all requests as well as dealing with all issues arising through our own pro-activity.
Examples of possible extras required include the specification, procurement & installation of additional hardware if required by the client. All undertaken by a team already trusted.

A Full Support contract £23,750 + VAT per year. One day per week 8 hour on-site Engineer.
